Miley Cyrus has credited Charlie Sheen for her decision to return to Twitter. The 18-year-old actress left the social network in 2009, but has now opened a  new account under the name of her upcoming 'Gypsy Heart Tour'. She wrote, "'Do not fear...the Sheenius is here!' I'm not gonna lie. I came back to twitter for 2 reasons. "My fans and to follow @charliesheen #winning." To what the Two And A Half Men responded, “Dear Miley, Welcome back to Twitter! Always felt you were epic... Now you proved it! Thanks for the love! ybh c." Miley later replied, "I always felt the same about you! You have taught me everything I know about WINNING. Duh!"
