Court Date Set for Miley Stalker
He is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday afternoon on Tybee Island, the Associated Press reports.
The 53-year-old was charged with attempted stalking along with disorderly conduct and obstruction of a police officer, and is currently being held at the Chatham County Jail.
According to Police, McLeod traveled to Tybee Island on the Georgia coast to look for the “Hannah Montana” star who was there filming the movie ‘The Last Song,’ and that he told an officer he was secretly engaged to marry the 16-year-old actress.
Miley finished here filiming “The Last Song” last week.
